Job summary

RoofX is a locally owned residential roofing company serving homeowners throughout Southwest Ohio. We are actively hiring 3–6 Roofing Advisors to support growing demand. You will conduct in-home consultations, present Good/Better/Best roofing options, and close contracts with trained support from a structured system.

Earn potential is high with uncapped commissions and company-provided leads. Training is provided; benefits include health and vision insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, pest control, alarms, or home improvement is a plus.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around job sites.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident discussing pricing and asking for the sale.
• Coachable, accountable, and self-motivated.
• Competitive with yourself and committed to improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential roofing consultations and inspections.
• Build estimates using company software.
• Present roofing solutions and financing options.
• Close residential roofing projects.
• Collect deposits and required customer documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage your sales pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop referral, networking, and canvassing opportunities to support personal sales growth.
