Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-home or outside sales (roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement).
• Comfortable on roofs, ladders, and job sites.
• Confident and professional in money conversations.
• Coachable, accountable, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections.
• Build estimates using RoofSnap and JobNimbus.
• Present clean, confident options to homeowners.
• Close residential roofing projects (retail & insurance).
• Manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Production, and Operations to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
