Minimum 5+ years appraisal/appraisal review experience.
State licensed (certified or certified general) appraiser in good standing.

Responsibilities

Completes residential property valuation quality reviews and analyses while maintaining individual work queue(s) to support production goals
Completes enterprise and/or management cascaded compliance training
Attends team calls/meetings to understand department goals, initiatives, processes and strategies
Maintains appropriate state appraisal licensure and completes all required continuing education
Understands, and adapts to changes to, applicable industry laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines affecting real property valuations
Delivers process outputs and relevant reporting requested by management
