Job summary

Lamda Development SA in Greece seeks a Residential Rental Senior Associate to join the Commercial Division of The Ellinikon. The Senior Associate will report to the Residential Rental Senior Manager and support a high-end portfolio across long-term, mid-term and short-term rentals.

You will coordinate the full rental lifecycle, from owner onboarding and property readiness through listings, tenant onboarding, contracting, move-in and ongoing operational support, while managing viewings and guest

Qualifications

We are seeking a Residential Rental Senior Associate to join the Commercial Division of The Ellinikon.

The Residential Rental Senior Associate will be reporting to Residential Rental Senior Manager.

In detail, the Residential Rental Senior Associate, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the full residential rental lifecycle, from initial owner onboarding and property preparation through listing, tenant selection, contracting, move‑in and ongoing operational support.

• Manage and support property listings, property viewings, tenant onboarding, handovers and move‑out processes.

• Participate in owner meetings, tenant interactions and property presentations.

• Serve as one of the key points of contact for property owners, tenants and guests, ensuring timely, professional and service‑oriented communication.

• Coordinate tenant and guest inquiries, requests, complaints and operational issues throughout the rental lifecycle.

• Ensure consistent execution of processes across long‑term, mid‑term and short‑term rentals.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure that properties are ready for marketing, viewings, occupancy and ongoing operation.

• Ensure that properties meet the required operational, presentation and quality standards prior to listing and tenant move‑in.

• Conduct or coordinate property inspections, readiness checks, inventory checks and handover documentation.

• Follow up on identified defects, outstanding works and corrective actions until completion.

• Monitor the performance and service quality of third‑party vendors, including cleaning, maintenance and other operational providers.

• Coordinate the preparation and execution of lease agreements and related documentation.

• Follow up on contract status, signatures, renewals, approvals and required supporting documents.

• Support compliance with internal procedures, approval processes and record‑keeping requirements.

• Ensure that communication between property owners, tenants, guests, internal teams and external partners is consistent, accurate and aligned with the company’s service standards.

• Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of rental processes, checklists and operational workflows.

• Identify operational gaps, propose practical improvements and help establish scalable processes that can support future portfolio and team growth.

• Initially operate as a hands‑on contributor across owner and tenant interactions, property viewings, contract coordination and daily rental operations.

• As the rental team grows, support task allocation, day‑to‑day follow‑up and supervision of operational execution.

• Monitor operational performance and help ensure consistency, accountability and service quality across the team.

• Gradually assume broader coordination and supervisory responsibilities as the portfolio and rental operation expand.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Property Management or a related field.

• Postgraduate degrees in real estate, hospitality, business administration or a related field will be considered an asset.

Professional Experience and other skills:

• 5+ years of experience in residential rentals, property management, hospitality operations, serviced apartments, real estate operations or guest services.

• Experience in coordinating rental operations, property readiness, tenant/guest services or owner‑facing processes.

• Experience supervising daily workflows or coordinating cross‑functional teams.

• Strong understanding of residential leasing processes, tenant onboarding, property handovers and operational service delivery.

• Experience working with internal departments, external vendors and service providers.

• Familiarity with CRM, PMS, property management systems or similar operational tools.

• Experience in high‑end residential, hospitality or mixed‑use environments will be considered an advantage.
