Residential Operations Optimisation Senior Associate

We are seeking a Residential Operations Optimisation Senior Associate to join the Commercial Department of “The Ellinikon”.

The Residential Operations Optimisation Senior Associate will be reporting to Residential Systems & Business Assurance Senior Manager.

In detail, the Residential Operations Optimisation Senior Associate amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the Systems & Business Assurance Senior Manager in day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives that enable smooth functionality of all systems of the Commercial Division.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of systems and transformation projects.

• Gather business needs and system requirements, document functional specifications and support the delivery of system enhancements and optimisation initiatives.

• Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of operational systems, automation initiatives and business processes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience and reduce operational risks across business functions.

• Assist in the maintenance, delivery & ongoing optimisation of operational systems (indicatively, CRM, PMS and Document Management) to support all the functions of the Commercial Division (Residential Sales, Rentals, Marketing, Contracts Management, Partners and Customer Service).

• Conduct user acceptance and system testing.

• Provide training and ongoing support to colleagues on business systems and processes to enhance their understanding and proficiency.

• Update CRM, PMS and maintain healthy database of leads, accounts, partners, opportunities, and transactions.

• Support reporting and performance monitoring activities through data extraction, analysis and presentation of key business and operational metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, IT Engineering, Computer Science, or in a relevant area of study.

• Any Business, Digital, CRM certifications will be considered as an asset.

• Excellent command of Greek and English.

Professional Experience and other skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in relevant position.

• Excellent command and hands on experience with CRM/PMS systems (ideally Salesforce) is necessary.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
