Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle record.
• Residential maintenance and renovation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and produce reports using Excel and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and create scope of work for budgets.
• Plan and schedule renovation projects.
• Use app-based software to manage budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate inspections with residents and contractors.
• Drive vendor performance to meet timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors when needed.
• Review and submit change orders and invoices weekly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update pre-leased homes.
• Monitor project pipeline and coordinate regional efforts.
