Job summary

Westvirginiapropertymanagement is seeking a Home Renovation Laborer to support residential renovation projects with hands-on demolition, material handling, site prep, and cleanup. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Demolition: Remove old fixtures, drywall, flooring, or structures safely and efficiently.

Site Preparation: Clear debris, set up scaffolding, and prepare work areas for renovation tasks.
Basic Construction: Perform tasks such as framing, installing insulation, or hanging drywall under supervision.
Cleanup: Maintain a clean job site by sweeping, disposing of waste, and organizing tools/materials.
Tool Maintenance: Clean and store hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Safety
Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and report hazards.
