The Home Renovation Laborer supports home remodeling and renovation projects by performing manual labor, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. This role involves hands‑on tasks in demolition, construction, and cleanup under the direction of supervisors or contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Demolition: Remove old fixtures, drywall, flooring, or structures safely and efficiently.
Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload construction materials (e.g., lumber, tiles, drywall).
Site Preparation: Clear debris, set up scaffolding, and prepare work areas for renovation tasks.
Basic Construction: Perform tasks such as framing, installing insulation, or hanging drywall under supervision.
Cleanup: Maintain a clean job site by sweeping, disposing of waste, and organizing tools/materials.
Tool Maintenance: Clean and store hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Safety

Qualifications:
