BECO Asset Management, LLC in Hampton, VA is seeking an Apartment Renovation Helper to join our on-site renovation team. You will assist with unit turns, make-ready projects, and general construction tasks to prepare apartment homes for new residents.

The role suits candidates with carpentry, maintenance, painting, flooring or general labor backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to on-schedule project completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment renovations and make-ready projects.
• Demolition and removal of old flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and materials.
• Drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and painting.
• Install cabinets, doors, and hardware.
• Appliance installation and basic fixture replacement.
• Punch-out work and final touch-ups for move-in readiness.
• Load/unload/transport materials and tools; maintain clean work areas.
• Follow supervisor directions; work with team to meet schedules.

We are seeking a dependable Apartment Renovation Helper to join our renovation team in Hampton, VA. This position is ideal for someone with construction, remodeling, carpentry, maintenance, or handyman experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in improving apartment homes.

Working under the guidance of a supervisor and experienced renovation team members, you will assist with apartment renovations, unit turns, make-ready projects, and general construction tasks to help prepare apartment homes for new residents.

Whether your background is in carpentry, remodeling, apartment maintenance, construction labor, painting, flooring, or general handyman work, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist with apartment renovations and make-ready projects.
• Perform demolition and removal of old flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and other materials.
• Assist with drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and painting.
• Help install cabinets, doors, and hardware.
• Assist with appliance installation and basic fixture replacement.
• Complete punch-out work and final touch-ups to prepare units for move-in.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout renovation projects.
• Follow direction from supervisors and lead renovation personnel.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work alongside team members to complete projects on schedule.

• Experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, apartment maintenance, painting, flooring, landscaping, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn renovation and construction skills.
