Community First Construction is seeking a Homes Renovation Specialist to join our team for temporary, project-based work in Alabama. You will refurbish and set homes, build decks, and perform plumbing, electrical, paving, and finishing tasks to quality standards.

You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 100 lbs, and coordinate with supervisors across multiple sites to meet project deadlines. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience refurbishing homes and interpreting project scopes.
• Ability to perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks with safety.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for varied trades.

Responsibilities

• Refurb and set homes as assigned.
• Build decks, perform plumbing and drainage, electrical work with knowledge of voltage and breakers.
• Paving and concrete work, flooring installation, skirting/underpinning, painting, cabinet installation and alignment.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate with supervisor and team on projects.
• Operate equipment and power tools; maintain safety.
• Report progress to supervisor and maintain attendance.
• Local travel within the assigned area; outdoor work in various weather.

If you're skilled with tools, enjoy variety, and take pride in quality work, this is the role for you.Summary DescriptionA Homes Renovation Specialist Temp Worker may work on various types of projects, such as constructing buildings, erecting temporary structures, plumbing projects, lighting projects, maintaining or paving roads, drainage, sewer projects, refurbishing homes, or home sets, etc., for a period of time or until the project is completed. A competent worker in this field will be able to use various types of tools and equipment safely and effectively. He or she must also have the physical strength to lift objects up to 100 lbs.
