Community First Construction is seeking a Mobile Home Renovation Specialist to work in Riverside – Wichita, KS. This full-time role involves hands-on projects across a broad scope, from framing decks to electrical work, with 75–100% travel to job sites.

As a temp homes Reno specialist, you will refurbish and set homes, install flooring, plumbing, drainage, and finishes. You must lift up to 100 lbs, work outdoors in various weather, meet deadlines, and coordinate with managers to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Experience with home renovation or construction tasks preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Refurb and set homes as assigned.
• Build decks, plumbing, drainage, and electrical work as needed.
• Pave, concrete work, flooring installation, skirting/underpinning, painting, cabinet installation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete projects.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites.

If you're skilled with tools, enjoy variety, and take pride in quality work, this is the role for you.****Summary Description**A Homes Renovation Specialist Temp Worker may work on various types of projects, such as constructing buildings, erecting temporary structures, plumbing projects, lighting projects, maintaining or paving roads, drainage, sewer projects, refurbishing homes, or home sets, etc., for a period of time or until the project is completed. A competent worker in this field will be able to use various types of tools and equipment safely and effectively. He or she must also have the physical strength to lift objects up to 100 lbs.
