Job summary

Quartersawn Design Build in Minneapolis is seeking a Remodeling Sales Consultant to guide homeowners from first contact to signed design agreement. You will build meaningful relationships, uncover client goals, and present clear proposals that reflect our craftsmanship.

You will conduct in-home consultations, educate clients on our process and investment ranges, qualify projects, and maintain accurate CRM documentation while managing leads through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in remodeling/home improvement or related design/build field.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read floor plans and understand basic construction concepts.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospective clients with a warm, professional experience.
• Build long-term relationships through responsive communication and follow-through.
• Listen to understand client goals, lifestyle needs, and investment expectations.
• Follow a consultative sales process and conduct in-home consultations.
• Educate clients on process, timelines, and investment ranges; qualify projects.
• Prepare and deliver detailed design agreements and proposals.
• Maintain CRM documentation and manage leads through the pipeline.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop conceptual solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and sales coaching.
