Qualifications

• Hands-on production role requiring carpentry skills.
• Demonstrated attendance and punctuality on job sites.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Support Crew Lead in delivering high-end residential remodels.
• Maintain site cleanliness, tool care and safety compliance.
• Escalate client questions to Crew Lead or PM.
• Accurately record tasks and progress on JobTread.
