White Crane Construction is seeking a Remodeling Carpenter to perform skilled carpentry on residential remodeling projects. You will handle rough and finish carpentry, demolition, site setup, and cleanup, working with independence and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of residential construction experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with reading construction plans.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality, code-compliant carpentry and general construction work.

  • Maintain clean, safe, and protected job sites at all times.
  • Communicate project updates, site issues, or client concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Foster respectful, professional relationships with clients and trade partners.
  • Submit accurate time tracking and receipts by established deadlines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and help ensure a safe work environment.
  • Care for and organize company tools, materials, and shop space.

Remodeling Carpenter

The Remodeling Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled carpentry and general construction tasks on residential remodeling projects. This includes rough and finished carpentry, demolition, material pickup, site setup, maintenance, and cleanup. The role requires a high level of independence, strong residential construction knowledge, and the ability to manage tasks without direct supervision. This position also involves maintaining professional relationships with clients and trade partners while contributing to the overall success of project execution.
