Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with mastered knowledge of all aspects of carpentry.
• Ability to guide, instruct, and motivate others.
• Proficiency in project planning, execution, and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, set up, and execute projects from start to finish.
• Frame, install doors and windows, and complete trim and cabinetry.
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Complete progress reports, work logs, and material records.
