Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeling Trainee in Dallas, TX. The role supports installation teams, learns safety SOPs, and delivers a 5-star experience during bathroom, flooring, and window projects.

You will load materials, travel to homes, perform basic installations, and maintain clean work sites. A valid driver’s license and readiness to learn are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
