Job summary

West Shore Home in Des Moines, IA is hiring a Residential Remodeler to safely install replacement windows and exterior doors, trim, and related finishes. You will travel from the warehouse each morning and deliver a 5-star customer experience, following SOPs and PPE protocols.

Requirements include carpentry/remodeling experience, basic hand and power tool skills, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. We offer comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems with two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
