Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking aResidential Remodeler in Mechanicsburg, PA, with a 6:30 AM start, Monday–Friday. You will perform safe installations, greet customers, and maintain a neat workspace in customers’ homes, delivering a 5-star experience.

Ideal candidates have carpentry/remodeling experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for two-factor access to company systems. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
