West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on installing replacement windows and exterior doors, with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Expect early starts and job site readiness each weekday.

Responsibilities include loading materials, traveling to customers, performing precise installations, and thorough cleanup. Applicants should have basic hand/power tool knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required for two-factor authentication.

Responsabilités

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
