Job summary

West Shore Home in Riverside, MO is seeking a Residential Remodeler to deliver five-star shower installations and bath remodels with a customer-first mindset. You will work with our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations teams in Kansas City.

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Valid Driver’s License
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device for two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load company trucks
Drive to customers home, greet and establish rapport
Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area
Install new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, update plumbing as needed
Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by properly cleaning up after installation
Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from customer, and return to warehouse
