West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Kansas City, MO to perform safe and effective installations of replacement windows and exterior doors. The role starts early with a 6:30 AM schedule, requires loading at the warehouse, traveling to homes, and delivering a high-touch customer experience.

The position involves carpentry, remodeling, and related tasks using hand and power tools with a focus on quality and safety.

Formación

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
