West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Virginia Beach, VA, starting at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. You will load materials, travel to homes, demo baths, install new components, and ensure tidy job sites while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
