Job summary

West Shore Home in Richmond, VA is seeking a Residential Remodeler to support safe, high-quality installations of bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with travel to customer homes from the warehouse.

You will demo existing bath/shower, install new components, clean up, and ensure a 5-star customer experience while maintaining professional conduct and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
