Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health, a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services, is interviewing for a Residential Recovery Technician to deliver substance use/behavioral health services in a residential setting and help clients achieve their goals in line with Aspire’s philosophy.

The role emphasizes a strength-based approach, connecting clients with recovery supports and community resources, and developing Relapse Recovery Plans to reduce substance use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1 year related experience preferred or 2 years SUD experience required.
• Knowledge in addiction and how addiction impacts an individual and their family highly preferred.
• Work experience in a health care setting, preferably Addiction Treatment or Mental Health, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use/behavioral health services in a residential setting to support client goals and recovery.
• Assist clients in connecting with recovery community supports and community resources.
• Develop Relapse Recovery Plans and build skills to decrease and/or eliminate substance use.
