Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health in Indiana is hiring a full-time Recovery Coach to support clients and families in office, community, and home settings. You will apply a strength-based approach to help achieve recovery goals and connect clients with resources and community supports.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, knowledge of addiction, and training in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care. Drug screens and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Other Bachelor degrees acceptable with a minimum of five (5) years experience.
• Directly related equivalent experience/competencies in past professional and nonprofessional roles.
• Knowledge in addiction and how addiction impacts an individual and their family highly preferred.
• Knowledge of child welfare and/or probation services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use/behavioral health related services to clients and their families in various settings.
• Develop a Relapse Recovery Plan with clients and help build skills for recovery.
• Connect clients with recovery community supports and community resources.
