Job summary

Recovering Hope Treatment Center in Mora, MN is hiring a Residential Advocate for a part-time role. This position offers a schedule from 7am to 3pm with Fridays and every other weekend, and pay between $17.00 and $22.85 per hour, with additional evening, overnight, and weekend differentials.

No prior experience is required; extensive training will be provided to help you support women and families reclaim their lives from substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable with computers and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Be a source of hope and encouragement: facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks.
• Be a role model: engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion.
• Ensure safety & accountability: conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
• Stay organized: keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.
• Be part of their journey: assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.
