Job summary

BANKPLUS is seeking a Residential Real Estate Relationship Administrator I in Jackson, MS to support loan officers and serve Commercial customers with high-performing service. You will coordinate activities between loan officers and customers to ensure timely processing and closing of loans, including documentation, compliance, and funding steps.

In this role you will gather information, review documents for accuracy, and collaborate with title companies, attorneys, and other teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Two years of similar experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with BankPlus products, services, and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers and customers to coordinate loan processing and closing.
• Prepare loans, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
• Review loan documents for accuracy prior to closing.
• Obtain collateral and credit file information.
• Ensure compliance with CIP, BSA and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain loan records and communicate progress to the Loan Officer.
• Handle wires, ACH, and deposit-related requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and cross-sell bank products.
