Qualifications

• Previous experience as a residential real estate paralegal, preferably with a South Carolina law firm.
• Strong knowledge of the residential closing process and real estate documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and title-related materials.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys throughout the closing process.
• Conduct title searches, assist with resolving title issues, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized files and manage multiple closings efficiently.
