Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate residential development opportunities
Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, and investment analysis for prospective projects
Analyze project assumptions, returns, cash flows, and overall financial performance
Support the evaluation of acquisitions, development opportunities, and investment decisions
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management
Work closely with investment and development teams to assess project feasibility and performance
Conduct market and financial research to support investment decisions
