Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to work across departments.
  • Must live in or be willing to commute to the Perry area.
  • Flexible schedule with extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).

The ideal candidate wi ll have 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law, a strong attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. This position offers the opportunity to step into an existing office with steady firm business already in place, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing transactions at a high level. This role is well suited for a motivated attorney who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is looking to grow their career within a firm that provides both structure and long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
