Bring 2+ years in real estate law, a client-first mindset, and a readiness to handle residential and commercial transactions from contract to closing. You will review title work, coordinate closings with lenders, buyers, and sellers, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless closings while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work across departments.
• Must live in or be willing to commute to the Perry area.
• Flexible schedule with extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
• Collaborate with the Perry office team to ensure smooth closings.
• Uphold standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.
