Qualifications

• SC law license required.
• 2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers through real estate closings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
• Collaborate with the Myrtle Beach office team to ensure smooth closings.
