Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Must live in or be willing to commute to the Columbia area.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary (month-end).

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
• Collaborate with the Columbia office team to ensure smooth closings.
• Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service.
