You will manage residential and commercial transactions, collaborate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and a support staff across the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and client-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commute to our Myrtle Beach office as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments.
• Must live in or be willing to commute to the Myrtle Beach area.
• Flexible schedule with extended hours during month-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers at closings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and team members.
• Collaborate with the Myrtle Beach office team to ensure smooth closings.
• Uphold the firm's standards of professionalism and client service.
