Orion Placement in Somerville, NJ is seeking an attorney to handle matters in residential real estate, land use, landlord-tenant, or municipal law. You will advise clients on property transactions, disputes, and practical solutions while drafting and negotiating contracts and leases.

Join an experienced team in an in-office setting, collaborate across practice areas, and support real estate closings and zoning applications to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience in residential real estate, land use/zoning, landlord-tenant, or municipal law.
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage legal matters professionally and deliver excellent client service.
• Experience in any one of the listed practice areas is welcome; expertise across multiple areas is not required.

Responsibilities

Work alongside our experienced legal team in a collaborative, in-office environment where you can build strong professional relationships and make a meaningful impact. Final office assignment will be confirmed during the process.
