GPAC is partnering with a regional law firm to recruit a Residential Real Estate Closing Attorney or Florida Licensed Title & Closing Agent for Jacksonville, FL. The role requires 3+ years’ Florida closing experience and active Bar licensure. You will manage closings from contract to post-close, coordinating with lenders, title companies, and agents.

• Active Florida Bar license (or ability to obtain), or eligibility in Georgia if attorney.

• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law, title processes, and closing procedures.
• Experience with title insurance, escrow management, and closing documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet critical deadlines.
• Established client base preferred.
• Proficiency with closing software; Qualia preferred.

Responsibilities
