This field-based role requires hands-on cleaning, coordination with residential leadership and maintenance, and a commitment to maintaining welcoming, home-like environments.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in housekeeping, residential services, or facilities support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple residential locations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, assess, and improve residential environments room-by-room.
• Evaluate kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and storage areas.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, and housekeeping improvements.
• Identify environmental concerns affecting cleanliness, safety, and home presentation.
• Coordinate with residential leadership, maintenance, and cleaning vendors.
• Document findings and actions using mobile inspection tools.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to verify resolution.
• Escalate urgent safety hazards to leadership.
• Promote ongoing inspection readiness in homes.
• Respect resident privacy and daily routines.
