Responsibilities

• Review budgets for errors and correct as necessary.
• Add site specific resources and quantities into estimates to customize standard plans for use on specific lots.
• Confirm that all options and selections have been included on the purchase orders.
• Release purchase orders and schedules.
• Help create option prices.
• Support Construction staff during construction of homes.
• Control costs by carefully reviewing all starts to avoid extras.
• Generate monthly base home budget reports.
• Lead weekly team meetings.
