Qualifications

• Two years of residential construction/architecture experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to work with JD Edwards, Build Pro, and other proprietary software.
• Detail-oriented, with good writing and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create material take-offs for existing, new, and revised plans.
• Initial need is for framing category.
• Maintain take-offs for all active plans.
• Verify take-off change requests with Purchasing and Operations.
• Review plan changes with architect/engineering consultants for cost impact.
• Analyze plans for cost analysis recommendations and research costs of design ideas.
• Review material EPO requests to align with take-offs and scopes of work.
• Complete take-offs for special projects and specification changes.
• Field-verify actual quantities versus take-offs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
