Responsibilities

• Assist with basic electrical repairs when properly qualified and authorized.
• Complete general handyman and property maintenance tasks.
• Identify and correct imperfections before final project completion.
• Follow punch lists and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

The technician will be responsible for handling a variety of small construction repairs, finishing touches, maintenance tasks, and punch list items on residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities

Perform drywall patching, repairs, sanding, and finishing.

Complete interior and exterior painting and touch-ups.

Install and repair trim, molding, and baseboards.

Perform minor carpentry and woodworking repairs.

Install and adjust doors, locks, hinges, and hardware.

Complete minor flooring and tile repairs.
