Vista Property Management is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for residential rentals in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include showings, screening applicants, writing leases, inspections, move-ins/move-outs, and repair requests.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in full-service residential property management, proficiency with MS Office, and knowledge of Fair Housing. AppFolio experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of full-service residential property management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Fair Housing knowledge required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle showings, screening applicants, writing leases, inspections, move-ins/move-outs and repairs requests.
