You will manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, enforce leases, and handle budgets, inspections, and compliance. The role includes on-site responsibilities at two properties and an on-call emergency duty with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior Property Management experience is preferred.
• Dependability & Adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of residential properties.
• Maintain high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
• Enforce lease agreements and handle budget preparation/expense management.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Attend trainings and be on-call for emergencies as needed.
