Job summary

Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our residential properties.

You will ensure smooth running, maintain high standards, and provide exceptional support to residents, with strong computer proficiency and excellent communication. This full-time role offers a structured 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including a sign-on bonus, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management is preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing efforts and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and forecast move-outs to maintain occupancy.
• Screen applicants and conduct unit showings professionally.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, Rural Development, Tax Credit, and conventional housing standards.
• Complete leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records.
