Job summary

One Stop Management seeks a dedicated Property Manager for a 189-unit residential building in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time, onsite role requires 3–7 years of experience, with hands-on AppFolio use and strong tenant relations.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, leasing, and maintenance coordination, ensuring compliance and exceptional service to residents while leading on-site staff.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of residential property management experience.
• Proficiency in AppFolio property management software.
• Strong understanding of NYC housing laws and compliance.
• Experience with budget management and rent collection.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; ARM/CAM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the 189-unit building.
• Manage tenant communications, lease administration, and vendor relations.
• Utilize AppFolio for work orders, renewals, rent collection, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor the annual operating budget and financial performance.
• Foster resident relations and implement retention strategies.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct performance reviews.
