We are seeking a Property Manager at our newly developed luxury residential property, BRYKS, in Atlanta, GA. BRYKS is a premier luxury apartment community located in Atlanta’s desirable Upper Westside neighborhood. This development consists of 576 apartments with high-end finishes and unique amenities. Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing annual management plans and budgets aligned with owner goals, managing daily operations, and monitoring budgets.
2. Overseeing leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy goals.
3. Completing monthly financial reports and providing updates to ownership.
4. Responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and issues.
5. Managing engineering, maintenance, security, and conducting building inspections.
6. Supervising vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring performance standards.
7. Managing construction, capital improvements, and tenant projects for timely completion.
8. Ensuring building safety and managing emergency procedures.
9. Monitoring competitors’ rental rates and participating in pricing strategies.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Residential leasing experience with strong closing skills, along with knowledge of accounting, financial concepts, Microsoft Office, and Yardi software, is required.

The salary range is $95,000-$115,000, commensurate with experience, and includes quarterly bonuses and renewal commissions.
