You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring, ensuring safe, comfortable living spaces for residents. The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma, EPA 608 Universal certification (or ability to obtain), and experience with safety protocols and building codes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA 608 Universal or related certifications required or obtainable.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair household appliances; coordinate with vendors for replacements.
• Paint and drywall repairs to maintain a fresh appearance; repair and replace flooring as needed.
• Prepare units for apartment turns and manage maintenance inventory.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and respond to on-call maintenance requests.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and maintain on-site presence; move through building to address matters.
