Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacants for leasing with thorough inspections and punch lists.

The role emphasizes proper materials handling, inventory tracking, and adherence to OSHA safety requirements. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site operations at properties as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy, diagnose defects, and repair to standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspection, punch list, scheduling, and supply management.
• Access and document materials handling, inventory tracking, and re-order notifications.
