Job summary

LyvWell Apartments seeks a Maintenance Technician for Meadow Glen (4201 W Union Hills Drive). You’ll handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and equipment maintenance while delivering excellent service in a team setting.

Requirements include 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit property, a high school diploma or GED, and possible weekend work. Driver's license may be required; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–4 years experience can offset education.
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, written and spoken; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements as needed.
• Repair plumbing and install components (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks; painting and drywall fixes.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches; operate and maintain equipment; provide strong customer service.
