Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential properties, facilities, or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and general property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose problems, complete repairs, conduct inspections, and prep homes for new residents.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, basic hand tools, and ability to travel between properties.
