Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tenants, colleagues, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Address tenant maintenance requests promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent issues to minimize disruptions.
